Also occasionally wears elliptical mirrored sunglasses. His surname is the only Japanese thing about him; any racial features have long been bred out of the family.

And just so everyone knows, this is going to be sorta the "guy most people are gonna wanna run away from in one way or another 'cause he's scary and powerful and should mostly be regarded as a force of nature if you know what i mean". Antagonist.

Incidentally it turns out that Shimizu is a pretty common Japanese name. Which is funny, because when you dissect it in the obvious places, it says...
