History: Complied with government recruitment for testing, so long as he is supplied fuel and most anything else he desires, he cooperates with them, and even gives assistance from time to time in whatever task is at hand. He is a help to the scientists as well, when not being sarcastic and lazy. As due to his power, he has a proficient understanding of chemistry, and therefore finds science a trivial interest at least, if not a source of power.
