Personality: Easily Excitable but mostly calm. Will do almost anything to survive.
History:After escaping from Vault 559 with no problem. He joined the Brotherhood of Steel after a Paladin saw him take down and eat a deathclaw for food (hence the name claweater). John was taught in many ways of fighting
but mostly excelled in gunplay. But John also believed strongly in the Brotherhood's old goal: to gather lost and old intelligence to rebuild humanity. So he left the Citadel and wandered to Boston where he met and old friend from the brotherhood who was now part of the Outcasts. John understood their goal and joined them in their goal to find old and lost technologies. John gained the nickname Optoer from his last name which many called him by.
