Aiden of the Stars Art Stuff (If you want to call it art, lol)

Okay so the first couple are my Pixel Rangers. Yes, I still like Power Rangers, get over it.



In order left to right:

Evalyn Connors, Billy Cranston, Trini Kwan, Tommy Oliver, Jason Scott, Kimberly Hart, Zack Taylor , Scott Everett

Evalyn and Scott are my OC's. Scott is for my best friend and Evalyn, me. Short background:

Evalyn was stricken blind when she was six, when her father drove drunk and crashed the car. She lived several years blind, taking each day in stride until she entered Angel Grove High. There she met Billy, Jason, Trini (her best friend, Kimberly and Zack. Walking home one day with Billy, Goldar attacks and she gets throw into a tree. The shock of it makes the gold coin necklace she inherited from her late grandmother react and transforms her into the Phoenix Ranger.

Nothing yet on Scott, he needs work. Plus, I'm being made to make his boyfriend even though I'm TOTALLY clueless on what to do there. I'm thinking a dark haired guy and green eyes. Anyway, he'll end up being the Dragon Ranger and Evalyn's big brother figure.



The lineup remains the same, this time, they're all morphed.

I'm particularly proud of how the helmets came out and the outfits in their unmorphed states.

I have another one of Scott that my best friend commisioned but is is ANYTHING BUT appropriate though I admit, I'm proud of how well it came out. So, you won't get to see that one.

Power Ranger line up: Movie Versions! I changed Evalyn's Phoenix shield to gold in this one, I don't know how I like it. I figured since the Dragon and Phoenix are supposed to be a team in themselves, the Phoenix and Dragon shield would be the same color. I even sometimes relate a phoenix to gold as well as red.

However, Gold seems a little overdone in their shields, even if their are only two, not counting Tommy's. Should I stick with silver for the Phoenix shield? Opinions?




I also did their Ninjetti uniforms, though I slacked off a bit. I was to lazy to remain their spirit animal coins... things...



And, what Ranger is complete without weapons?

Made the weapons for the Dragon and Phoenix late late late late one night. The Dragon Dagger and Phoenix Lance.





Originally, the Phoenix was equipped with a whip, then a sword. But neither felt right. I'm aware that the blue ranger already has the Power Lance but his is double bladed and has three points on each side. The Power Lance also split into two parts called Mighty Maces. So the idea for the Phoenix Lance itself may not be completely original but it is drastically different from the Power Lance.

FYI, the Dragon Dagger sucks to make. There are two Phoenix Lances, only because the curve on the left one, bugged me so bad so I redid it. I wanted it to look sleek and unique but it failed, badly.


And last, changed Evalyn a bit, I don't know which of the three I like....

Believe it or not, I actually put the purple and black band that is on the one Evalyn design, is actually underneath that long purple sleeve.

That Dragon Dagger took me 5 hours to make because I kept messing up. So I had to lengthen the freakin' thing until it all fit and looked good.

I use bases that are designed by Acatl. You can actually use Microsoft Paint to make those I think. I use Photoshop, only because I can have a bunch of things open in a single window.

I was actually writing a story, to be perfectly honest. I didn't get very far into it so it just started being a fun little art project.

There was a purple ranger?

Haha, no, but I never liked Pink or Yellow so rather than kick them out of their positions, I made the purple ranger. And the Green Ranger powers were drained by the Green Candle (but I got around that).

I can put it up then. I noticed a few screw-ups in it so I gotta fix those yet =S

It was a little thing I overlooked. I have a habit of writing out different parts at different times. I had to fit them together and screwed up just a bit. It was supposed to be Evalyn's first day of school and I wrote that she had been there for several days.

Always loved that guy. Would you believe that the guy that played Billy (David Yost) in MMPR was born in 1969? Talk about old, he was playing a "teenager with attitude" when he was 24.

This is my Sly Cooper OC, I haven't named her yet. But she's a wolf and a thief. Not a very skilled thief mind you, she's had more then her share of run-ins with Carmelita and plenty of time in a cell. However, she's a skilled with a lockpick and gets out in no time. She fast on her feet and good at reaching places no one else can.

She meets Sly and the gang in Canada while retrieving the Clockwerk lungs and stomach. The first member of the Cooper Gang she meets is Bentley and they hit off a quick friendship when she saves him from Jean Bison's prowling guards.

Updated lineup, with two updated rangers. And finally completed Zordon.

My Zeo Ranger team, it consists of:

I'm not making the gold ranger, I don't think in any of my work, Trey of Triforia will be making an appearance. He's one character that never caught my interest except to question why the Gold Zeo Rangers suit was black.

I screwed up on the Zeo lineup. I forgot their Zeo Blasters and their Zeo Blades.

And I still need to design weapons for Evalyn and Scott in their Zeo incarnations.

I'm working on one of Joanna McCoy, but the Starfleet uniform is giving me some trouble.

Okay so, I'm scrapping my current Joanna and finding a different pixel base for her. The ones I use for the rangers kinda sucks for making a Star Trek (TOS) uniform.

Really nice work, Aiden. Zordon looks really awesome and I'm really happy with how you did the Zeo and Turbo Rangers. Brings back plenty of memories.

Thanks, Zordon took forever. I read online that he had blue hair, I hope he did.

Zeo, were so much fun to do. Turbo was as well, but designing helmets for Evalyn and Scott were a pain for Turbo.

Her hair is lighter than Dr. McCoy's. It probably should be the same shade but I am really happy with how she looks now. The story it goes with is going to be so fun to write, I have to make sure that I don't let it go like I have with other stories.

I'm working on one now of Spock and Jo, almost kissing. Spock's hair is being a pain though.
